How this works:
*1. As soon as you enroll below, you’ll be sent your first Primal Play book to get you planning and prepping for the challenge.
2. You’ll also receive an Intake Questionnaire so I can get to know you and understand how I can help you personally the most!
3. You’ll be invited to our FB group where you’ll meet and be supported by other awesome women on this same quest.
4. I’ll be coaching daily in the group M-F (some weekends too!).

2. 21 Day Primal Challenge & Hike Series  (for local folks!)

#1  Wild & Wise 21 Day Primal Challenge
(Teachings delivered right to your inbox, and unlimited coaching & support in private FB group).  Hikes NOT included. (Perfect if you live out of the area).

#2  Both!  21 Day Primal Challenge + the Hike Series (SAVE $50)  You want it all! To be challenged, to dive deep into primal practices for maximum results in an environment of rich support.

1. Attend 4 of the 5 hikes listed below. (Plus either or both Bonus Hikes!)

Hike Schedule: (Hikes are at 9:00 AM and approx. 90 minutes)

Bonus Hikes: (these hikes will go longer than 90 minutes!
May 3 Sun at 7 pm (Moonlight Hike)
May 10 Sun TBA (Mother’s Day Sunrise Hike) — whether you’re a biological Mom or not, this is for you!

2. All hikes will be approx. 20 minutes from downtown Salem (location will be released upon enrollment).
3. Each Hike will be approximately 90 minutes and include a live Q&A Coaching
